Most Loved vs. Most Hated Brands of 2018

In today’s world, a scandal can become worldwide knowledge in seconds. Thousands of companies’ dirty laundry has been aired to the worldwide web and the people have decided their fates.

Today we’re going to look at the top 5, most loved and hated American brands of 2018 to determine what they did wrong, what they did right, and if they were able to save their brand’s reputation.

According to Morning Consult and Statista, America’s most beloved brands of 2018 are:

  1. Google
  2. Hersheys
  3. Pillsbury
  4. Amazon
  5. UPS

And according to USA Today, CBS News, and several others, America’s most hated brands of 2018 are:

  1. Equifax
  2. Fox Entertainment Group
  3. NFL
  4. University of Phoenix
  5. Electronic Arts
